Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use the store or create an account. You must meet all additional age, residency, licensing and eligibility requirements for the particular product, receiving dealer and destination. Products requiring age 21 or a higher age cannot be purchased or transferred to an ineligible person. An age-gate acknowledgement is not verification of purchase eligibility.

Provide accurate account, billing and delivery details; protect your sign-in credentials; and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. A free customer account or email subscription is separate from a paid membership. Paid benefits require a successfully paid, eligible membership.

Membership pricing and automatic renewal

Before you pay, review the selected plan, charge due today, billing frequency, renewal amount and any promotional conditions shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly and annual plans renew annually, unless canceled. By affirmatively authorizing a recurring membership purchase, you authorize the disclosed initial charge and recurring charges to the payment method on file.

Authorize.Net processes membership payments. A paid period begins when the membership purchase is successfully processed. Your account shows the available membership and billing status. If a payment is declined or recurring billing cannot be established, access or renewal may be affected; contact support rather than assuming a failed checkout completed.

Promotional pricing lasts only for the duration disclosed with the offer unless it expressly promises an ongoing rate. We will provide any notice and consent required by law before a change to future renewal charges. These Terms do not authorize undisclosed charges or waive your right to dispute an incorrect charge.

Canceling a membership and requesting refunds

Cancel from the Membership tab in your account before the next scheduled renewal. You retain eligible membership access through the current paid period and are not charged a cancellation penalty. If you cannot sign in or the cancellation control reports an error, contact support@apollowholesaleclub.com promptly for help. Check your account for confirmation that recurring billing has been canceled.

Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not by itself issue a refund of an existing charge. For a billing error, refund request or membership-value review, contact support. The membership page invites you to contact the Member Desk within your first 60 days if you do not see the value; that is an account review, not an unconditional money-back guarantee. Any express refund offer and any refund or cancellation rights required by law remain applicable.

Prices, savings and shipping included

Prices, availability and eligible benefits can change as supplier information updates. Membership does not guarantee that every item is in stock, is sold at raw distributor cost, or is cheaper than every other retailer. Crossed-out MSRP is a manufacturer suggested retail reference, not a verified current competitor price or necessarily a price previously charged by Apollo.

For products marked Shipping Included, ordinary shipping is incorporated into the displayed price. Unmarked items and any separately disclosed expedited, special-handling or other delivery charges are shown at checkout. Taxes and receiving-dealer fees are not included unless expressly stated. The receiving FFL may charge transfer, storage or other fees separately.

Review the final item quantities, prices, shipping, taxes and total before submitting payment. We will not increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. If a material pricing or listing error prevents fulfillment, we may cancel the affected items and return amounts collected for them, subject to applicable law.

Orders, payment and fulfillment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A receipt acknowledges the request and payment status; it is not proof that a regulated transfer has been approved or that every item has shipped. We may decline or cancel orders for lawful reasons such as unavailable stock, inaccurate information, fraud concerns, listing errors or legal restrictions.

Orders may be fulfilled by Apollo, distributors or other fulfillment providers and may arrive in separate shipments. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If we cannot ship within the agreed period, we will seek any delay consent or issue refunds required by applicable law. Contact support about cancellations before fulfillment; an order already dispatched may need to follow the applicable return process.

Firearms, ammunition and regulated products

You must be the actual lawful purchaser and meet all applicable federal, state and local requirements. Do not submit a prohibited purchase, false eligibility information or an unlawful straw purchase. Not every product can be sold or shipped to every location.

Firearms requiring a licensed transfer ship to an eligible receiving FFL that agrees to accept the item. The receiving dealer verifies identification and eligibility and completes the required background-check and transfer process. Do not select a dealer without confirming its acceptance, fees and applicable requirements.

Suppressors, short-barreled rifles and other NFA items remain subject to their applicable federal, state and local requirements, tax or registration obligations, and required approvals before possession or transfer. Apollo's dealer licensing or SOT status does not eliminate a customer's transfer requirements. Purchasing or winning an item is not permission to take possession before required approval.

We may require additional information or decline an unlawful destination or transfer. A failed background check, denied transfer or dealer refusal does not automatically establish a right to possess the item; contact support to resolve the order under the applicable policy and law.

Returns, damage and warranties

Review the Shipping & Returns policy before purchase. Eligible non-firearm items generally have a 30-day return window, subject to condition, authorization and product exclusions. Inspect firearms at the receiving dealer before completing the transfer; firearm sales are final after the completed transfer except where applicable law requires a remedy.

Ammunition and other listed excluded items are not accepted for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Report wrong, damaged, defective or missing items promptly so we can investigate. Eligibility, return shipping and any disclosed restocking fees are governed by the applicable policy and law; do not send a regulated product back without instructions.

Manufacturer warranties apply only when provided by the manufacturer and according to their terms. We do not promise that every item, including pre-owned merchandise, has a manufacturer warranty. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Giveaways and promotions

Each giveaway's posted official rules govern its sponsor, eligibility, permitted locations, entry methods, deadlines, prize, odds and winner selection. A membership or product purchase does not guarantee a prize, and entries are not sold separately.

Where applicable law requires a no-purchase entry method or other safeguards, those requirements control; these Terms do not waive them or make an otherwise prohibited promotion lawful. Regulated prizes remain subject to age, identification, background-check, licensed-transfer, registration and other applicable requirements. Taxes and separately disclosed transfer costs may be the winner's responsibility.

AI, product information and safe use

The Virtual Armorer provides general shopping assistance, not professional gunsmithing, legal, medical or safety advice. AI and supplier-provided descriptions may contain errors. Independently verify compatibility, specifications, applicable law and manufacturer instructions before buying, installing or using a product.

Do not rely on an AI answer to determine lawful eligibility, safe firearm modifications or whether a regulated transfer is approved. Follow qualified professional guidance and applicable safety instructions. Contact us about a material listing discrepancy before ordering.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

Do not use the service unlawfully, submit false information, interfere with security, access another person's account, harass others, or use fraudulent payment or promotion activity. We may restrict accounts for lawful security or enforcement reasons without removing obligations for valid refunds or other non-waivable rights.

Apollo's original site content and branding belong to Apollo Defense Systems or its licensors. Manufacturer names, images and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not grant a right to reproduce proprietary content or misuse trademarks; they do not restrict lawful consumer reviews or other protected activity.

Privacy and electronic communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. We may send receipts, billing notices, security messages and other service communications electronically. Marketing email has separate unsubscribe controls; opting out of marketing does not cancel a membership or stop essential service messages.

Disclaimers and limits permitted by law

To the extent permitted by law, the website and informational tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free information. Product warranties and mandatory consumer rights are separate from this website disclaimer.

To the extent permitted by law, Apollo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, and aggregate liability relating to an affected purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal-injury liability or other obligations where exclusion or limitation is prohibited. If your law does not permit a limit, that limit does not apply.

Applicable law, changes and contact

Applicable United States federal law and applicable state and local laws govern our activities and your purchases. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer protections or requires you to waive a court, agency complaint or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver.

We may revise these Terms prospectively and will post the revised date and provide any legally required notice or consent process. A revision does not retroactively authorize new charges or remove rights that already apply to a completed purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply.
